EVP of Family First Life Golden State, Domonique Rodgers joins Marc on this week's Training Day Podcast. Out of the west coast, Domonique talks about his growth in 2019 and how he plans to be a part of the #FFLTakeover in 2020.
"The biggest thing I learned since being with Family First Life, is everybody has their own speed," says Domonique, "everybody has their own way of understanding things and I expected everyone to do things and say things the exact same way I did things."
Being in the "people" business, Domonique talks about how he was able to adapt and change to working with others and building a team.
