18. What it Takes Series #3: Obsession - Quick Minute with Shana

Last week I talked about the importance of VISION, and the week before I spoke about DECISION. This week’s topic is OBSESSION! After making the decision on what goals I had for my business and then started painting a vision of what that would look like, I became obsessed: Consistently thinking about my goals Always wondering who could I talk to next Mapping out my plans Keeping tabs on the gaps Sticky note reminders everywhere of my goals This laser focus kept my energy high and kept me motivated. It forced me to take action daily. Now, I’m not saying you need to be laser-focused all the time, but, to help you stay on track and reach your vision, you’ll need to have some time carved out where you are laser-focused and everyone around you knows that you are. So think about this: How obsessed are you with your business? Are you making your business your priority, or are you working it only when it's convenient? If you want success in your business, you’ve got to make the decision that your network marketing goal WILL BE reached, then you need to create the vision, and next become obsessed with your work and your goals. Realize you have no other options other than success, you have the power to decide how reaching that goal will look and feel to you, and nobody can do it but you – so get obsessed with it.
