Today I am going to share with you something extremely important, another frequently asked question at the LifeChanger Academy - how do I sell a program without having my program already finished? Hector is back for his third week in a row - and we are going to tackle this important topic. Programs vs Marketing a Sales - master the hard skills first.       You get better and better as a coach, by coaching.      The way to move your business from hobby to reality - it is by selling your program to more clients. It is okay if you don’t have your program finished yet - I sure didn’t before my first sale! Sell yourself first and that will give yourself the time, money, and ability to build your program/plan. You can still get the plan built by someone who is certified, even if you aren’t certified - and you can pay them for it because you’ve already made the sale! The easiest part about building a fitness business is building the program or the plan, you need to master marketing and sales first.
