A Democratic Socialist Has Just Won In Congress
A Democratic Socialist has just defeated 10 term incumbent Joe Crowley. This isn't the first time a socialist has held a seat in congress but it is an upset considering the massive difference in campaigns and experience. Crowley outspent Cortez 10 to 1 but still lost in the primary.
