Today's episode is a lesson I learned early in my career from a very important mentor. He reminded me that "attitude, not aptitude determines your altitude." Attitudes are contagious, like a ripple effect. Being aware and preventing yourself from of taking on the negative feelings of the people around you is vital to life and business.
