Christin Bummer is the creator and lead mentor of The Forever Diet. She offers a 14-Day Reboot Challenge to help people adopt and thrive on a plant-based diet. She enjoys teaching in a fun, relatable, and charismatic way, making optimal health not only enticing but attainable for everyone. She is the Director of the Compassionate Living Campaign at Humane Action Pittsburgh and works to champion healthy habits at an institutional level, effecting change on a grand scale. She writes a blog called The Nourishing Life and is also a homeschool mom raising her 5 year old vegan! In her spare time she competes in obstacle course racing, always trying to challenge the limits of her plant-based strength and mobility.
