Dr. Melissa Mondala is a Southern California native, born and raised in the Los Angeles County. She completed her medical school at Chicago Medical School (Rosalind Franklin University) and completed her family medicine residency at Loma Linda University. She has worked in China, Guam, and San Bernardino, California. She is a lifestyle medicine leader in her institution and nationally through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about treating the underlying cause of disease and teaching transformative healthy lifestyle behaviors for families and generations.

Dr. Micah Yu is a board certified Internal Medicine physician.   He went to Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He is currently a Rheumatology Fellow.  He has worked in China and Guam.  He is passionate about lifestyle medicine and fighting autoimmune disease and arthritis.  Dr. Yu has experienced the health benefits of plant-based nutrition in overcoming his own arthritis.
