The 5 Stages Of Growth

You've got your business set up and you're running, and then you start to feel like: “Oh, maybe this isn't for me” or “Maybe I should try something else.” Or you begin to wonder why it seems so easy for everyone else as you start scrolling through Instagram. Or what about the time you're really excited about something and you couldn't sleep, and you just couldn't stop talking about it? Or the complete opposite, and you're finding it really hard to feel motivated and to keep going. And then another one: You know you should probably start something. Or you have this idea in your head and you're thinking you should probably start to do something about it. Well, I want to give you the big picture to help you see where you're at and help you answer not only those questions but some of the other questions you might have about why you're feeling the way you feel, so that you can see where you're at and you can see where you're headed. Okay. Now, if this sounds a little confusing, I promise I'm going to break it down so that you understand. I’m going to talk about the five phases of growth in this episode.
