Judson discusses the possible censorship and definitive blocking of his latest single "Hello Nashville Yoga Pants" ( smarturl.it/hellonashville ) by the TuneCore.com music platform. Tunecore functions as a platform for any and all types of music, but when Judson submits his single for distribution it is blocked - and without explanation given. This is troubling because Tunecore functions primarily as a platform, and according to common knowledge platforms are theoretically protected by law from lawsuit as they are not "publishers." Judson calls to report this possible case of censorship to Fox News 17 Nashville fox17.com, but the person he speaks with at Fox disagrees. He claims that because Tunecore is a private company, they can do whatever they want. The debate begins - PANEMIC strikes!!!
