RAM Mantra Chanting | Deep Meditation Episode 2

Listen carefully to the chanting of the Mahamantra "Ram" in this audio. This audio comprises of 1008 chant of Ram by Himalayan devotee "Swami Rambhajan" disciple of Trayambak Baba. You chant Ram a minimum of 100 times in a session of 10 to 15 minutes. 1008 times chanting of the mantra can be done in a session of 45 minutes. Chanting of Ram Mantra can be done anytime during the day but you can also do it in your morning and evening sessions. As you chant, try to immerse your focus into the reverberation of the sound within. People of any faith or religion can do this practice. If you are new to this Mantra, just play the audio and listen to it daily. Within a few weeks you will experience the building of the spontaneous inclination within you to chant the mantra.
