ClariTea Chat with Jagdish Belwal on Rescuing Failed Programmes | Ep. #27
Organizations have many projects going on simultaneously at the same time, and some projects reach to end and come into the category of a successful project. But few projects comes in the category of failed or failing project. These projects need to be recused. When a project fails, leaders and managers, instead of playing the blame game, should come forwards and take responsibility for the failure. Leaders should take responsibility, manage risk, and should do rigorous governance from the ground level to the top level. For this podcast, I went live solo and invited 3 of my regular viewer to share a case study of their professional life of recusing a failed program. In this podcast, we also discussed what the collaborative approach is? And how important is it to provide the correct deadlines?
