50 young IRS officers prepared a report - Fiscal Options & Response to Covid-19 Epidemic (FORCE) compiling suggestion for government to revive economy. The report was sent to CBDT. A day later CBI said that the officers were not asked for suggestions and inquiry had been initiated against them.
