For decades, women have struggled to be recognised for their work not only in their homes but also in workplaces. From being told that they are “too bossy” to being “too much of a pushover”, women can’t seem to find a middle ground anywhere. Adding in a dash of casual sexism and double standards, our every action is questioned and graded to an imaginary standard. The first episode of this season delves into the various factors that contribute to holding women back from achieving their dreams and the struggles they navigate through daily.
