This episode introduces two main niche areas of coaching - Building Leadership Capability & Professional Growth. This happens to my area of expertise too. I share with you the different topics that may arise during the coaching conversations as well as some qualities that make the coaching engagement productive. Mostly both are long term sessions like 8 -15 with a frequency of one session a month. At times these sessions deep dive into the strengths & weakness to unfold and discover untapped potential.
