The Part B premium is currently $148.50 per month for persons who do not qualify for extra aid and do not fall into the Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amount or IRMAA group. It is expected to have the largest single-year increase since the 2015-2016 changeover. This brings the monthly cost to $158.50.
