Our guest Dr. Kent Reynolds began his professional career as a Christian pastor where he specialized in equipping and empowering people for community and international service. This is where he also began his international work in aid and development and strengthening leaders, most of which was conducted in developing countries. He then moved to earn his doctorate in cross-cultural leadership development, the research for which took place in Tanzania, East Africa. While completing his doctoral work, he taught Advanced Leadership to international doctoral students. From there he founded his own company which conducted multiple projects around the world in aid and development, education, health care, and leadership development. In 2014 he was asked to form an entirely new leadership development program for a well-known U.S. political organization. He now consults for companies and individuals in developing talent and leadership as well as change management.
