Artisan Prabhakar and Uthhan Team
Uthhan team headed by Pratik Mishra ( State Coordinator Uthhan, Meghalaya) has given ration kit to artisan Prabhakar. Through this broadcast he is explaining his difficulties in continuing with his craftwork post lockdown. Artisans like him are struggling to make their livelihood post lockdown and there is absolutely no support from Government.
