In this episode I am talking with author Jen Elizabeth, @resurrektion_of_me on Instagram, about all that she has learned, about herself and the magic of living, on her road to recovery. We don’t talk about the back story, but you can find out more about what she has recovered from by reading her book Shape of a Woman and listening to her interviews with Sober Faust on Sobriety Tips or Carmell Pelly on Voice America. The mountains that Jen has moved for her recovery, and to be where she is today, are simply miracles which she recognizes right off the bat. With a past filled with childhood sexual trauma, cults, and a spiteful mother, Jen is finding a way to love herself more every day. Trusting that path, she is on, and knowing that the work lies within the living of our lives, Jen has discovered some universal truths.
