About the Guest Rohan Rehani is the Co-Founder of Moonshine Meadery and Asia’s first Meadery that brought back the Ancient Royal Drink - Mead, made by fermenting honey, fruits, and spices. At Moonshine, he offers an extravagant range of mead and a broad spectrum of honey too, under the Moonshine Honey Project which uses a unique ‘Hive to Table’ approach.A Mechanical Engineer from Pune University, Rohan has over 15 years of work experience in Core Manufacturing and Mergers and Acquisitions. Earlier, he was double hatting as a partner with a boutique firm dealing with M&A and a Business Advisory for SMEs in India while heading a manufacturing plant in Gujarat. Being a visionary leader, his curiosity and a quest for knowledge also led him to learn beekeeping from the Central Bee Keeping and Training Institute, Pune, alongside interning with the Colony Meadery in Pennsylvania, USA.
