Episode 121 - This is what I learnt about 'measuring food' vs 'guesstimating'

When is started my journey, I started with controlling the portions. I use to put in a lot of guesswork. All I had was to lose as many fats as possible. I use to be more dependent on the protein options as much as I could. This is something I read over the internet and it stayed with me. ⁣⁣Over the period when I started with quantification, it was different. I couldn’t digest the fact that the food can / should also be measured. But it was an option. It was always a choice. If I have some concrete goals, if I have the resources, if I have a way out without wasting a lot of time with trial and error, then why not? I went in with it. ⁣⁣Both have different ways of taking you towards your goal. There is a tremendous amount of research and evidence that comes along with quantified nutrition. People have done it, are doing it, and getting better. ⁣⁣Take a step towards your goal. ⁣That one step will set you apart. ⁣Be headstrong. ⁣Have a concrete goal and be unstoppable. ⁣Bas, RUKNA NAHI HAI.️⁣⁣
