When I started eating correctly, Over the period of time, I started eating here and there. I started taking a bite of food, knowingly. After losing 70+ kilos I anyhow stopped watching it, just use to check it once in a while. These small things matter a lot. Once I was done with my meals, I use to eat this Poha from a nearby store. I felt that I could super compensate for these calories by working out more, the next few days. It never worked. Weight training burns around 150-250 Calories only per session and it was impossible to burn out every single day. Excessive cardio is also not possible every day. You can, but you won’t be able to pull that stint for long.Calories matter. The most important element to drop body fat is by sticking to your prescribed caloric intake. Sleep more. Sleep burns a lot of calories. Try to outsmart by not sleeping minimal to optimal, and the body will start acting crazy. DON’T MESS UP WITH SLEEP!Activity levels. Keep them high. Move more. Walking.
