Episode 112 - Managing your diet while socialising

How should I be managing my meals, when I’ll be socializing this weekend, and the next and the next? ⁣⁣I’ve tried to cover a few points as to how you can, to the best of my abilities. ⁣⁣Socializing is fun. You should. You must. ⁣⁣When you are on a mission to be fit, you just need to be more aware of the food choices.⁣⁣It’s always about what you do on most of the days, that’s going to help you in the long run. ⁣⁣Eat the food that’s near your diet. ⁣Portion control. ⁣Look out for zero-calorie drinks. ⁣Rice = Pasta = Wheat Noodles. (Calorie wise, not nutrient profile wise)⁣So yes, pasta is absolutely diet-friendly. (of course calories matter)⁣Enjoy your evening with your friends, family, etc.⁣Laugh a lot. ⁣and this time probably plan a trip and make it happen.⁣⁣
