How should I be managing my meals, when I’ll be socializing this weekend, and the next and the next? I’ve tried to cover a few points as to how you can, to the best of my abilities. Socializing is fun. You should. You must. When you are on a mission to be fit, you just need to be more aware of the food choices.It’s always about what you do on most of the days, that’s going to help you in the long run. Eat the food that’s near your diet. Portion control. Look out for zero-calorie drinks. Rice = Pasta = Wheat Noodles. (Calorie wise, not nutrient profile wise)So yes, pasta is absolutely diet-friendly. (of course calories matter)Enjoy your evening with your friends, family, etc.Laugh a lot. and this time probably plan a trip and make it happen.
