Episode 107 - Managing your ‘CHEAT MEALS’
I use to use the word ‘cheat meal’ very often. You may/can always manage it, but eating 10,000 calories (which is very easy to consume during a wedding function, etc) and trying to do more cardio to burn that much, is just a distant dream.You can always enjoy your ‘big days’ and get back on track the next day. Setting up a routine is very important. Over the years, I’ve changed my perspective on this. Earlier I would cut down my calories the next few days to repair the damage, which I still do sometimes, but I mostly focus on getting back on track and get back to my routine. Worry less about the excess calories,and focus more on getting back to the routine. One day at a time. Bas, RUKNA NAHI HAI.
