Every time I use to open the refrigerator to drink water, I use to pick up a few sweets, just because they were lying there. This leads to ‘conscious’ overconsumption of calories, which leads to monstrous guilt. Get back on track. Eliminate the trigger foods. They are designed in such a manner so that you tend to eat more.Highly palatable. Give out all the sweets and empty the refrigerator. The more you see them, the more you eat. Remember, why you started. To change. Never ever, ever forget that.Chase your dreams.
