Episode 91 - Enough is enough, get back on track

Every time I use to open the refrigerator to drink water, I use to pick up a few sweets, just because they were lying there. ⁣This leads to ‘conscious’ overconsumption of calories, which leads to monstrous guilt. ⁣Get back on track. ⁣Eliminate the trigger foods. ⁣They are designed in such a manner so that you tend to eat more.⁣Highly palatable. ⁣Give out all the sweets and empty the refrigerator. ⁣The more you see them, the more you eat. ⁣Remember, why you started. ⁣To change. ⁣Never ever, ever forget that.⁣Chase your dreams.⁣
