This lockdown has taken a toll on our activity levels. From going to the office to meeting your friends to weekend getaways a lot has been affected. This has also affected playing on turfs, grounds, and all the outdoor activities.⁣⁣Any kind of movement that you like to do, do it. ⁣Walking, the simplest form of exercise and doesn’t even require any equipment. Use it. When you walk 5-10k steps, that makes you move as well as helps you being active. ⁣⁣Run/Jog/Walk/Cycle - all are movements. ⁣Pick one that excites you and makes you feel like doing it repetitively, go for it.
