This lockdown has taken a toll on our activity levels. From going to the office to meeting your friends to weekend getaways a lot has been affected. This has also affected playing on turfs, grounds, and all the outdoor activities.Any kind of movement that you like to do, do it. Walking, the simplest form of exercise and doesn’t even require any equipment. Use it. When you walk 5-10k steps, that makes you move as well as helps you being active. Run/Jog/Walk/Cycle - all are movements. Pick one that excites you and makes you feel like doing it repetitively, go for it.
