We all are designed differently. We all have a different start point. We all have our own set of habits. We all have different activity levels. We all have different body types. We all have varied training experiences.Even metabolism is different too. You cannot compare somebody’s chapter 12 with your chapter 2. We all have our own individual goals. The game is, and always will be to better your health. Comparing your week 16 with somebody’s week 10 is upright wrong. Focus on your game. Improve your game. Play your game very well.You have 7 days a week like how every champion has. You have 6 muscle groups to train like everyone.The game plan is the same for everyone.
