As the Coronavirus has taken a toll on almost everything, the gyms have closed almost in all the countries all over the world. What needs to be done in order to be more active and to get the work done?⁣⁣⁣⁣Home-Based Training Bodyweight training. ⁣⁣ Resistance band training. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Either you can do a full-body split. ⁣⁣Either you can do an upper/lower split. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Walk | Run | Jog | Cycle, etc. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Play badminton, cricket, etc. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ The idea is to be more and more active. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Go for a trek. ⁣⁣Go for a walk in the park. ⁣⁣Walk at least 10k-20k steps every day. ⁣⁣Move as much as you can. ⁣⁣If you have a cycle, make the most of it. 5kms every day. ⁣⁣If you stay in the countries where the temperature falls way too low, stick to home workouts. Indoors. If you have a cycle or an elliptical or a treadmill, use it. ⁣⁣⁣⁣It all boils down to one thing, INTENT!⁣⁣Where there is a will, there is a way. ⁣⁣⁣⁣You can also use bottles to work out if you can’t or don’t want to spend on dumbbells and resistance bands. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Keep using sanitizers. ⁣⁣Maintain basic hygiene and take care of yourself and your family. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Bas, RUKNA NAHI HAI!⁣⁣
