Why do we fail?Let’s accept it. We fail because of many reasons. First, one is, not putting in the ‘right kind of work. More work is of no use if you are not putting it in the wrong direction. If I want to go towards the north, I won’t be able to reach there if I keep walking towards the south. Direction is important. Too many expectations. Too little execution. Our body doesn’t know that we have kept a goal of 12-24 weeks. It only follows the order of our brain. Too many unrealistic expectations resulting in too much mental disturbance. When it comes to realistic and practical goals, efforts are everything, that we need to put.Allow the body to change and enjoy the damn process. Patience? Ever heard about it?Trust me, PATIENCE IS MAGIC.Follow a diet that you can follow for the next 25 years. That’s how it becomes a lifestyle.We love the pace. Not every time it’s going to work in your favor.Applying the correct principles, getting to the grass-root level, and fixing the problems are important. When you put in work and don’t get results that’s when you start feeling of not continuing it. Don’t. Keep putting in the efforts. You never know where you have reached.
