We start with baby steps. We keep learning. Every damn day.It’s so important to be happy and grateful about our lifestyle and progress, during our fitness journey, because it’s long term. It should be. There are no quick fixes. We need to fix it completely.Enjoying every day, being optimistic about every aspect of it, is where our maximum energy should be spent. One day at a time.
