Episode 49 - Being productive | Isolation period | Real talk

If you are one of them who is still thinking about whether to use that resistance band/tube or that one set of dumbbells that you think will not match the volume with that of your gym workout, then it’s high time. ⁣⁣Yes, it’s difficult. But things have never been easy. We need to learn to adjust to the environment and dominate. It’s all about the mindset. If you seek a problem, you will get thousands of them. But if you seek a solution, you will become a problem solver. Don’t be someone who complains. Instead, take the hardest path. That’s where your growth lies.⁣⁣◾️ Start with the home workouts, slowly and steadily, and beat your own records. Put on some music and destroy your 30 mins training session. ⁣⁣◾️Train in your workout gear. It will get you into the zone. ⁣⁣◾️ Don’t train till failure. Keep some repetitions in reserve. ⁣⁣◾️ Find a place in your home where you can train and show up every day. ⁣⁣◾️ Wash dishes, do the cleaning, etc. ⁣⁣Remember, use this period productively.⁣Move, you are not a tree.
