Episode 46 - Lockdown period | Being productive | Real talk

There are a lot of things that you can do during this period to be more productive. I know it sucks to be home for a longer period of time. But, let’s be optimistic about the entire thing and get the best out of it. ⁣⁣1) Don’t overeat your ????????. It’s so easy to grab something or the other when someone else is eating. ⁣⁣2) If your can, and if you feel it’s safe to play downstairs, go and play badminton. ⁣⁣3) Cycle.⁣4) Home workouts. Using bottles/dumbbells/ resistance bands. ⁣⁣5) Walk | Run | Jog | 10-15k steps for the go.⁣⁣6) Manage your stress. It’s a great time to work on your sleep cycles. Get it fixed. ⁣⁣7) Start a podcast, which you were thinking about for a long time. ⁣⁣8) Start reading that book which you were waiting for. ⁣⁣9) Watch your favorite TV SHOWS!⁣⁣10) Play indoor games. Carrom/UNO etc. (Don’t fight on draw 4)⁣⁣11) It’s easy to get indulged in arguments when a lot of people are around and when all are working from home. Avoid that. Control your anger and let the other person win. You may win the argument but will lose the person. Thoda maturity dikhao.⁣⁣We need to fight this pandemic together.
