Episode 38 - Food is not the answer for everything | Real talk

I was that kind of a guy who wanted to eat every single time. ⁣I use to empty the Pure Magic biscuits, the entire packet in one go. ⁣I use to empty the 'ENERGEE' and 'Amul Kool' bottles as if there’s no tomorrow. ⁣Haldiram’s Bhujia and Bhakarwaadi were my go-to snacks, and they felt lonely when I didn’t eat them (So I had to :P)⁣The people around me told me to stop eating and also use to snatch the food from me. ⁣I use to fight with them to win my Chips back. (I’m a warrior that way)⁣I didn’t know whether it was hunger or thirst or whatever the feeling is.⁣I wanted food. Period. ⁣These habits went on multiplying so bad, that at a point I started accepting the way I am, and was immune even If someone made fun of me. ⁣I started accepting the things that are going to remain forever. ⁣I lost the battle mentally that this is how I have to live my life. ⁣Accepting the condition is alright. Don’t be there basking in your own set of insecurities.⁣Do it. One day, at a time. ⁣Move, you are not a tree. ⁣Accept the situation and start working on it. ⁣That’s when things start to change. ⁣Food is not the answer to your every damn problem. ⁣All the mistakes that I have made in the past, I don’t want you guys to repeat them. (I still make a lot of mistakes, and learn)⁣We have great potential to change things. ⁣It all starts in the head. ⁣Make your mind understand, and your body will follow the rest. ⁣⁣Be a warrior. ⁣Be unstoppable. ⁣You have the power to change. Make it happen.⁣
