Episode 24 - The All or Nothing APPROACH
We as humans species, tend to fail many times when we are onto something. It can be as simple as learning to ride a bicycle. It's difficult to balance initially, but once you are onto it, after a few ups and downs, it goes on autopilot mode. We didn't give up as a kid, then why now? While driving a car, when one of your car tires gets deflated, you don't deflate the other 3. You try to fix them. So that you can reach your destination. When you are onto your fitness journey, and when you tend to eat a meal outside your plan, why do we need to feel that 'everything is over and will start afresh from tomorrow, let me eat even more and ruin everything?' It's like adding more fuel to the fire. Never go with an 'all or nothing approach, with your fitness goals. This is exactly what I have explained in this video. We never got a zero, neither we got 100 as an average, throughout our lives. It was always 'in between'. Doing something, attempting something, trying something, is MILLION TIMES better than not doing anything at all. There is always a middle ground.Don't make it a burden. Enjoy your journey.
