Episode 19 - What needs to be done, once you achieve your Fat-loss goal?
It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. Once you reach a physique, where you are way too happier, because of all the good reasons, you would absolutely want to maintain it. Why? because you earned it.You worked hard. Endless hours of grind. Endless 'No, I don't need to eat that' moments. Self-control. Being self-motivated (it's intrinsic). Why? because you believed in your goals and turned them into a reality. In this podcast, I talk about what needs to be done once you reach your goal. Do everything that you always wanted to. Go for that trek. Go for that run. Participate in that marathon. Life is too short to sit down, criticize, and procrastinate. Do not go back to your old eating habits. You worked hard to reach here. Maintain it. What you will put into your system, is what you get and is how you will look.
