Episode 17 - STOP comparing your PROGRESS with others. Focus on your own journey.

We often tend to see someone's transformation and we start doubting our own selves as to what is it, that we are missing here. We generally lose our minds and start the comparison, which in turn ruins our headspace completely. ⁣⁣Please don't. ⁣Let's understand a few things. ⁣⁣• Not everyone starts at the same point as you. ⁣• Not everyone has the same metabolism as you. ⁣• Not everyone has the same lifestyle as you. ⁣• Not everyone has the same sleep, water intake consumption, diet, and workout adherence as you. ⁣⁣We all are different. We all are designed differently. This is not only pertaining to fitness. It's how we are as humans, in general. The people who have made it, grinded hard for it. They need to be applauded. All the work that goes behind the scenes, is not visible to everyone. ⁣⁣Be you. ⁣Do you. ⁣Grind harder. ⁣Work harder. ⁣Destroy your limits. ⁣Let's make this year more productive by complaining less, comparing less, and doing more. ⁣⁣
