Episode 8 - Should you be changing your WORKOUT ROUTINE?

I often get asked this question a lot of times. No, you should not be changing your workouts. You should be progressively working on the loads that you lift, the reps that you hit, and the sets that you perform. ⁣⁣Focus on your form and technique first and always train to get stronger, every single day. Slowly and steadily develop that mind-muscle connection and be consistent. ⁣⁣In order to get good at any sport, you need to keep playing that sport over and over again. Same way, in order to improve your performance, keep working in and out, every single day. That is how we get better, with the practice. ⁣
