A multidisciplinary design approach seeks to integrate the skills and methodology of designers from multiple disciplines into a collaborative effort. Designers need to understand how diverse areas of expertise can come together to solve complex design problems rather than limiting themselves to one domain. In this episode, we interact with Sudhir Sharma, CEO of Indi Design. He is the founder of Indi Design, DesignIndia Magazine, and Elephant Design. A pioneering Design and Business transformation consultant, Sudhir has more than 30 years of experience. He also hosts India's Best Design Studio Awards. He was a member of the Indian Design Council, constituted by the government of India, and is an Alumnus of the World Economic Forum on the Global Council for Design.
