Navi Garcha a modern day hero, a mother, a nurse by profession, that has a passion for Mental Health and Healing. She meditates and does Yoga and enjoys group therapy. Some may know her as the girl in "Broken at Six" a youtube documentary of her journey. In it she shares her true story as a daughter who is raped and abused by her father since 6 years old. This young lady has persevered and overcome every challenge that has come her way. Making her life a lesson that we can all learn from and grow. An empowered female that doesn't sit quietly anymore.
