What’s Physical Fitness Going to Do for Me

Let’s be honest, sedentary lifestyles have kind of become a norm these days. When all we need is available at the tips of our fingers thanks to technology, it’s easy to see why many of us have accepted our lives as ‘couch potatoes’ as the new normal. There’s simply not enough motivation for people to stay physically active now. Much of this can be attributed also to the fact that we’re busy almost all the time, if not with work then definitely with our cellphones.
