Episode 32 of the conversations between Yogita Pant and Anil Chawla starts with Bharat offering the kingdom of Ayodhya to Ram as a gift. Ram refuses to accept the gift. Bharat now pleads that the mistake of parents ought to be corrected by the son. Bharat argues that his mother Kaikeyee and their father Maharaj Dashrath had made a mistake which resulted in the present situation and it is the duty of Ram to correct the mistake now. Ram is not convinced. At this point the chief Brahmin of Ayodhya, Jabali tries to use arguments based on naastik (non-Hindu) thought to convince Ram to accept the coronation. Ram is furious with the naastik thought. Jabali withdraws saying that he is not a naastik but was trying the approach as a last resort to try to convince Ram. (Ref.
