वाल्मीकि रामायण के राम क्र० १५ लक्ष्मण के रोष को राम ने प्रेम से जीता
Episode 15 of the conversations between Yogita Pant and Anil Chawla describes the sensitive manner in which Ram handled Laxman’s anger about Ram’s decision to go to forest. Laxman was furious and extremely sad at the same time. He felt that Maharaj Dashrath and Kaikeyee had played dirty on Ram. Laxman felt that they had cooked up a story to only deprive Ram of his rightful due. Laxman wanted to take to arms and ensure coronation of Ram. He was shocked that Ram had fallen into the trap laid by Kaikeyee and was showing great enthusiasm for departing for fourteen years of exile. He was crying while he expressed his anger because he did not want to speak against his beloved brother. Ram handled Laxman’s outburst with enormous tact and love. Ram avoided any arguments even though he remained firm in his resolve. In the end, Laxman cools down and pleads with Ram to take him along. After a brief argument, Ram agrees to take Laxman along.
