Generally when we talk about self-care, it’s taking a bath, going for a walk, or meditating.  And while I’m very into all of those things, there is a different type of stress that comes from putting yourself out there, running a business solo, and testing strategies not really knowing if they’ll work.  Which means it’s important to implement a different level of self care within your business, not just when you have the time to stop and take a break.
