ICLI Class of 2023 Recap with Eric Fisher & Guests
ICI Director of Talent Development Eric Fisher and and 2023 ICLI graduates Amy Henningfield (Superior Construction), Merideth Hughes (Milestone Contractors, L.P.) and Justin York (Brooks Construction Co., Inc.) gathered at the ICI offices to reflect on their growth throughout the program. They discussed what they had learned that helped them evolve as leaders and how they could apply those insights to their current companies and beyond.
