Mediation is a simple word that one spends a whole life trying to understand. Stillness of mind is meditation and it can be achieved in different ways. Watching the breadth simply come and go is meditation, prayer is another form of meditation. The mental, physical and spiritual benefits of meditation is undeniable. Meditation is still however quite an elusive practice for most people. Simply put, Mediation is a practice that involves training the mind to focus and achieve a state of calmness and relaxation
