This week I'm talking with Dan Greenberg, Chief Design Officer at ironSource. ironSource is probably the biggest company you've never heard about, but it's HUGE and has a great design culture. Dan will tell us about his journey from student to overseeing the design at such a huge company and building a design team of almost 30 designers. He'll share his learnings and failures along the way.
