Welcome back QUEENS! Find peace in what you eat here... On the podcast today we have... Meghan!! She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) or Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). She attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, in Toronto, where she earned her accredited Canadian Diploma in many modalities. Meghan has studied orthomolecular nutrition, anatomy and biology, Ayurveda, the relationship between health and the environment, metabolism, many comparative diets, symptomatology, preventive health care, nutritional pathology, herbal medicine, holistic food preparation, the psychology of disease, fitness and sports nutrition, and completed a clinical co-operative placement. She decided to start an online business so that she would be able to connect with clients all over the world via virtual nutrition consulting. Meghan is in the process of transferring her education to the United States where she will become a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN) within the next year, through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). She offers nutrition coaching via Zoom and meets with clients - to develop customized PDF protocols to help them reach their goals and reverse disease through nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle. Meghan finds great passion in helping people heal. She herself has struggled in the past with debilitating conditions that she healed naturally. Meghan believes that her combination of passion, life experience, and formal education makes her the perfect Practitioner to guide you through the beautiful ART of healing through nutrition.
