Despite it being difficult and wanting to “fit in” during her beginning college years, Eli realized how big of a role lifestyle factors play in her feeling and staying well. That’s why, right after graduating from her first four-year degree, she dove into her next one – nutrition. When she isn’t studying, Eli is running her granola business – giving others with gut health issues the ability to enjoy delicious granola without the gluten, refined sugar and other ingredients Eli always wished granolas on the market didn’t include so she could enjoy it despite her Crohn’s Disease.
