AOEN: Being an Emerg Nurse, with Dawn Peta

In this episode, Kevin has a great conversation with Dawn Peta BN, RN, ENC(C) President of the Canadian National Emergency Nurses Association (NENA).  Dawn is an experienced emerg nurse and nursing educator and longtime nursing advocate.  Dawn is also an active member of the ENA International Committee bringing together nurses from all over the world.    Dawn shares her journey from working part-time as a nurse to being a full-time nurse educator.  Dawn highlights the importance of global collaboration in nursing and reminds listeners that the challenges and experiences of nurses are universal.
