Today, on the Seven Year Anniversary of Don's Death, I share the momentous journey to the top of Mt. Mitchell where we marked the One Year Anniversary of his death. It was a day that will go down in infamy, as we nearly escaped with our lives. The lesson I learned that day, changed how I live each and every moment of my life. Life is an adventure and no matter what happens, we just have to keep moving forward.

And for those of you who were wondering...my knee eventually healed and I did not have to have surgery!
