Think about it, you could dedicate more time to your family, go on epic adventures, and give back to your community.

Instead, most of us live with the employee mindset. We believe we have to trade our time for money and in that process, give up our family, health, and relationships in order to survive.

But all of that can be changed when we start shifting our mindset from that of an employee to that of an investor.

Cody had his first child at the age of 19. He knew he needed to provide so he did what most would - he gave up his dreams and started a career as a flooring salesman.

While this was a step in the right direction, Cody was motivated by his desire to provide an extraordinary life for his family, which led him to find a “backdoor into the real estate development industry.”

19 years later, Cody has developed over 2,300 lots/units of raw dirt to create almost $1 BILLION in revenue from residential real estate development.
